    Schedule: Part-Time, Hourly (may include Sundays and events)

    Amplify Church is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for ministry. The Facility Team helps ensure our campus is clean, organized, and ready for guests and weekly ministry activities.

    Position Summary

    This role supports daily facility operations with a primary focus on cleaning, room setups, and basic upkeep. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a clean environment, and like serving behind the scenes.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Cleaning & Housekeeping

    • Clean and maintain bathrooms, lobbies, classrooms, offices, and common areas

    • Perform weekly cleaning tasks and periodic deep cleaning

    • Assist with trash removal and restocking supplies

    Event & Room Setup

    • Set up and tear down rooms for services, ministries, and special events

    • Move tables, chairs, and equipment as needed

    • Ensure spaces are organized, tidy, and reset properly

    General Facility Support

    • Keep storage areas neat and organized

    • Receive and distribute deliveries

    • Perform simple building upkeep (e.g., light bulb changes, minor repairs)

    Schedule: 40hr / week

    Position Summary

    The Young Adult Pastor/Leader is responsible for pastorally leading the young adult ministry of Amplify Church in accordance with the vision of the overall church, ensuring the health and growth of participants and volunteers. This individual must be able to lead, pastor, and build a thriving college/young adult ministry that helps young adults grow spiritually, engage in Christian community, and become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

    Leadership/Staff/Volunteer Engagement

    • Ensure that events and programs are strategically planned and implemented to reach young adults with the Gospel, raising up the next generation of young people who are completely devoted to Jesus.

    • Provide vision, leadership, and direction to the ministry as you oversee budgets, series, events, and the strategy of the ministry.

    • Identify, empower, and release key leaders who can carry larger areas of ministry responsibility.

    • Pastorally care for attendees and the leadership team of the young adult ministry.

    Services and Events

    • Lead weekly gatherings, discipleship groups, and community activities that foster spiritual growth in those attending.

    • Oversee the ministry of young adults during services and all events.

    • Build a bridge for young adults between Wednesday night attendance and Sunday morning attendance.

    • Be the primary communicator at the young adult ministry and help raise up and develop future communicators in the process.

    • Plan events and outreaches that emphasize “teaching” believers and “reaching” unbelievers.

    Pastoral Care

    • Ensure that all teams are functional, so you are heads-up to care for leaders and connect with new leaders.

    • Be the direct pastoral care leader for teams and key servant-leaders in your department.

    • Create layers of care within the ministry so that young adults are pastored, cared for, and shepherded

    Administrative and Reporting

    • Ensure accurate attendance is maintained in church database

    • Ensure that all first-time guests are followed up with in a timely manner to further integrate them into the community.

    • Keep all records/volunteer teams up to date in CMS.

    Qualifications and Character

    • Growing relationship with Jesus and clear call to ministry

    • Spiritual maturity, personal integrity, visionary leadership, and a shepherd’s heart

    • Passion for reaching and discipling young adults

    • Alignment with the church’s mission, vision, and beliefs

    • Teachable and humble

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, although Bible school or equivalent experience may be accepted.

    • Experience leading teams and ministries preferred.

    • Strong teaching, communication, and leadership skills.
